FresherResume was born from a simple frustration: Indian freshers were getting rejected not because of their skills, but because their resumes couldn't pass ATS systems. Our founder, Anushka Rawat, saw this first-hand during her own fresher job search — applying through portals where most resumes never even reached a recruiter because of automated filters.
Before starting FresherResume, Anushka worked at AdmitKard helping students with applications and admissions. That experience — plus the very real struggle of figuring out resume formatting and keywords as a fresher — is what shaped this product.
