Welcome to FresherResume. By accessing or using our website at fresherresume.in and our resume builder service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FresherResume, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Our Service
FresherResume provides:
- An online resume builder with professional templates
- AI-powered content suggestions and resume review
- Resume download in PDF and DOCX formats
- Job application tracking tools
- Resume sharing with custom links
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted
4. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices may change with prior notice; existing purchases are not affected
- Pay-per-download purchases grant you the right to download and use your resume
- Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
5. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all content you create on FresherResume (resume text, uploaded photos, etc.)
- You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content for providing the service
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your resume
- You must not include unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI suggestions are provided as recommendations only
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use
- FresherResume does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI suggestions
- AI features may have usage limits based on your plan
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Create resumes with intentionally false or misleading information
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our service
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform
- Resell or redistribute our templates or service
- Use automated tools to access our service without permission
8. Intellectual Property
- FresherResume's brand, logo, templates, and website design are our intellectual property
- Resume templates are licensed for personal use only — you may not redistribute them
- You may use downloaded resumes for any lawful personal or professional purpose
9. Service Availability
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- FresherResume is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for hiring outcomes or job application results
11. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Active subscription refunds upon termination follow our Refund Policy
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
